SPECIAL EVENT SERVICES
Thank you for your interest in Heroes West. Our beautiful, private dining rooms, and I semi-private dining area offer a casual atmosphere for parties and meetings, while our food and service match those offered at some of the best area restaurants and private clubs at a fraction of the price. We offer good, friendly, quality food that is sure to send your guests away raving. Our Event Specialists will help you to plan the best event possible based on your budget, making sure it is a complete success.
We require a final guest count to be given no later than two weeks in advance. In the event that the actual attendance varies from the initial attendance expectation, we reserve the right to modify room assignments in order to best accommodate all groups. It is the policy of Heroes West that all contracted time schedules be maintained; therefore rooms need to be vacated promptly.
Guarantees: For the Joliet Room, we require a guarantee of 35 guests Monday through Sunday for the months of February through August. A guarantee of 45 guests is required Friday through Sunday and 35 guests Monday through Thursday for the months of September through January. For the Pavilion, we require a guarantee of 50 guests Monday through Sunday, January through December.
A minimum guest charge will be applied to all banquets i f you do not meet the requirement.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES
Menu Selections: We require that all menu selections are finalized no later than two weeks prior to your scheduled event.
Children under 2 years of age free of charge.
Pricing: Menu prices are subject to change without notice. A 20% service/gratuity fee and applicable sales tax will be added to all food and beverage services.
State regulations: Clients or their guests may not bring food or beverages, alcoholic or I otherwise, into Heroes West. This is in accordance to state regulations. A valid ID is re-quired for all alcoholic purchases. No one under the age of 21 will be served alcoholic beverages.
The Joliet Room is set up with a state of the art audio visual system. The room boasts two 42″ flat screen TVs, two 50″ flat screen TVs, and one 106″ projection TV. We can export the display of your laptop to our 106″ projection TV. A Wireless microphone is also available for the PA in the room. We recommend scheduling a time at least two days prior to your event in order to test I run all audio and/or visual equipment.
All prices and policies are subject to change without notice. I Heroes West provides table linens for your event at $10 per table. This fee can be waived if you wish to provide your own linens.
Cake and/or other desserts may be brought in as long as they come from a licensed and insured store or bakery. Home made desserts are NOT allowed
A cutting and supply fee of $1.00 per person will also be applied for any outside desserts.
*No other outside food or drink items are allowed to be brought in*
Heroes West does not assume responsibility for damaged or loss of any equipment, materials, merchandise, or articles left on the premises prior to, during, or following an event.
Heroes West will not permit the affixing of any decorations, props, or other materials to walls, floors, chairs, or ceilings.
We do NOT allow confetti or glitter of any kind, including confetti balloons, to be used in any decorations.
If any of our terms or policies are violated, or if there are any damages to Heroes West property, your deposit will be forfeited and other fees may apply.
NO ILLEGAL GAMLING
Absolutely No Illegal Gambling Is Allowed During Events On Premises. This includes squares, strip cards, brackets, etc., as well as any and all other forms of illegal gambling.
Legal Gambling (raffles, etc.) for charitable purposes are Not Permitted during events on premises unless Heroes West is advised in advance and has provided written approval of the legal charitable gambling. A valid license from Joliet and or the State of Illinois will be required to be provided to Heroes West at least two weeks prior to the event.
