FAQ

Q. How do I book a party?

A. To initiate booking your event, fill out our form on www.HeroesWest.net/Lemont. Our event coordinator will respond
to your inquiry within 48 hours with availability and a proposal for your event. The proposal will contain a link to pay
the deposit and sign the agreement right online. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm event. The deposit
will be applied to your final balance.

 
Q. When do I need to send my coordinator the package I want?

A. All information including package choice, menu selections, beverage package and guest count must be finalized
and sent to your coordinator at least 2 weeks before the event. Bowling Lanes and Pool Tables are subject to
availability, so we recommend getting those requests in early!

 
Q. Do I count kids in the guest count?

A. Yes, all guests should be counted in the head count. Children 2 and under are free.

 

 

Q. How do I contact my coordinator or send my final details?

A. Reply to any email from your coordinator with your choices. We like to keep all communication online within our
booking portal. It helps us keep all the details in order. We don’t miss anything! 

 
 

Q. How long will I have the space?
 

A. Bowling Parties are 2 hours, special events are 4 hours, special events plus are 4 hours. Each additional hour is
$100.

 

 

Q. When is the food served? 

A. Food is served 30 minutes after the event’s start time.

 

 

Q. Can I decorate the space? 

A. Yes! Event hosts are allowed access to the space 30 minutes before event start time. Heroes West does not permit
the affixing of any decorations, props, or other material to walls, floors, ceiling, or chairs. We do NOT allow confetti or
glitter of any kind, including confetti balloons. All decorations must be taken down and removed after the event.
Heroes West provides all cups, napkins, plates and cutlery.

 

Q. Can I bring in a cake?

A. Cake and/or other desserts may be brought in as long as they come from a licensed and insured store or bakery.
Homemade desserts are NOT allowed.

 

 

Q. If we purchase a Bar package, how do you know who is part of our party?

A. We will wristband all guests in your party over 21 to indicate who is a guest of your event.

 

 

Q. Can I bring our own food or drinks?

A. No outside food or beverage is permitted. Absolutely NO outside alcohol is permitted within our venue.

 

 

Q. Is gratuity included?

A. A 20% service fee, 3% admin fee and applicable sales tax will be added to your final bill. The service fee is split
between all employees involved with working your event. Should you feel your service was above and beyond, you
are welcome to tip additionally directly to your bartender/server.

 

 

Q. I saw you have a band scheduled to play. Can we stay and watch the band?

A. We have live bands on Saturday nights. Events ending after 7pm on Saturdays are subject to an Entertainment
fee. This fee waives the cover charge for you and your guests to stay and watch the band.

 

 

Q. We will have a few kids at our party. Can they stay and watch the band too?

A. Unfortunately not. We do not allow any guests under 21 in our event spaces after 8pm on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. This also means all childrens’ bowling parties must end prior to 8pm.

 

 

 Q. When is the final balance due?

A. The final balance is due 3 days prior to the event. Don’t worry, we will send you reminders for everything.
