Named after my Uncle Bob Cobb, who invented
the "Cobb" salad at the Palmer House in 1926,
this salad features a selection of mixed greens,
topped with rows of roasted turkey, tomato,
bacon, avocado, hard boiled egg and crumbled
bleu cheese.

croutons and shredded cheddar jack cheese.

A wedge of iceberg lettuce served over sliced
tomatoes, covered in bleu cheese dressing and
sprinkled with hickory smoked bacon. Don’t be
surprised if your server asks you to stand up.

Seasonal veggies that are marinated, grilled then
chilled, grape tomatoes, arranged with baby field
greens and fresh mozzarella cheese. Dressed
with our balsamic vinaigrette.
