Thank you for your interest in Heroes West Sports Grill. Our beautiful, NASCAR
themed private dining room and semi-private dining area offer a casual atmosphere for
parties and meetings, while our food and service match those offered at some of the best
area restaurants and private clubs at a fraction of the price. While being fully absorbed in
the fun and active sport’s themed surroundings which accommodate adults and children,
you will be treated like a pro by our attentive staff, and feast like a real VIP on our
thoughtful and creatively prepared food. Not to say that we offer “haute” cuisine, but
that we offer good, friendly, quality food from all corners of our country that is sure to
send your guest away raving. Our Event Specialists will help you to plan the best event
possible based on your budget making sure it is a complete success.
Room assignments are made according to the guaranteed number of attendees that are
anticipated at the time of the booking. In the event that actual attendance varies from
the initial attendance expectation, we reserve the right to modify room assignments in
order to best accommodate all groups. It is the policy of Heroes West Sports Grill that
all contracted time schedules be maintained; therefore rooms need to be vacated
promptly.
Menu Selections: We request that menu selections are made at least two weeks
in advance to your scheduled event. If a family style package is not selected we ask that
you choose just one entrée for all guests, except in the case of religious or dietary needs,
when a fish, fruit or vegetable dish may be substituted.
Kid’s Meals: Heroes West Sports Grill offers children’s meal selection for those
ages 10 and under for every Event. Children 2 and under are free. If you choose to not
use the Children’s menu, we offer discounts for kids 10 and under, with kids 2 and under
free for our family style meals.
Menu prices are subject to change without notice. A 20% service and
gratuity charge and applicable State Sales Tax will be added to all food and beverage
charges.
We require that food guarantees be confirmed within 72 hours of
your scheduled event date, No allowance will be made if attendance is less than the
number guaranteed. Should your guarantee number not be communicated within that
time, you will be billed at your expected number.
State regulations: Clients or their guests may not bring food or beverages, alcoholic
or otherwise, into Heroes West. This is in accordance to state regulations. No one
under the age of 21 will be served alcoholic beverages.
Special Banquet Services: Our Banquet Manager will custom design any specialty
menus, arrange specialty themed parties, decorations, flowers, balloons and entertainment
(the only entertainment allowed is that which is suitable for all ages). They are
here to give you personalized service.
Victory lane is set up with a state of the art audio visual system. The room boasts two
42” plasma TVs, two 50” plasma TVs, and one 106” projection TV. We can export the
display of your laptop to any or all of these TVs. We can also play any DVD or VCD on
any or all of the TVs. A Wireless microphone is available for the PA in the room.
Victory Lane has an I-pod dock, so you can bring in your own music and playlists to
play over the six speakers and subwoofer in the room.
Shipping Requirements: Please ship packages to Heroes West Sports Grill not
more than one working day prior to your meeting date. Heroes West Sports Grill will
charge additional fees for storage over this time period. Secure Storage for packages
will begin 12 hours after arrival and be at one hour increments.

Heroes West Sports Grill does not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any
equipment, materials, merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to, during, or
following an event. Arrangements for security at your event can be made through the
Banquet Managers/Event Planners.
Our Banquet and event planners will be happy to help accommodate and special decorations
for your event, Heroes West Sports Grill will not permit the affixing of any decorations,
props or other materials to walls, floors, or ceilings. |
